like every other blogger in the known world, i too have created a muxtape.
i think this has unlimited potential as the new music recommendation service…i used to stay up all night as a kid making mixtapes on my stereo, and i would let my friends hear them. there was no way to tell if my friends bought records based on what i gave to them, but with the tracking today, maybe the record companies will wise up and learn to reward their word of mouth marketers.
